This website is operated by Aevyron Living. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Aevyron Living. We provide this website, including all information and services, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, and notices stated here. By purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services and the potential cancellation of pending orders without refund if fraudulent activity is suspected.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCT ACCURACY & EXPECTATIONS

We curate high-end designs from global partners.

  • Digital Representation: We strive to display product colors and textures accurately; however, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will reflect the exact shade. Minor variations in color, wood grain, or "new manufacture" scents are characteristic of bespoke furniture and do not constitute a defect.

  • Modifications: Prices and descriptions are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

  • The 24-Hour Rule: Due to our automated fulfillment process with international partners, orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered the "Processing" or "Shipped" stage, it cannot be cancelled and must be handled via our Refund Policy after the item is delivered.

  • Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized reseller activity, or pricing errors.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING, DELIVERY & IMPORT DUTIES

  • Title & Risk: Title to the goods and the risk of loss pass to the customer at the moment the item is handed over to the initial carrier for dispatch.

  • Timeframes: You acknowledge that boutique furniture is often shipped via specialized sea freight. All delivery windows (e.g., 25–45 working days) are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by maritime conditions, port congestion, or customs processing.

  • Curb-side Delivery: Large furniture is delivered via curb-side service. It is the customer's sole responsibility to arrange assistance to move items into their property.

  • Customs & Duties: For orders valued over £135, additional customs duties or courier handling fees may apply. These charges are the legal responsibility of the customer.

SECTION 5 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Aevyron Living shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

SECTION 6 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Aevyron Living and our partners harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third-party due to your breach of these Terms of Service.

SECTION 7 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
